Johnny Cash is known around the world as one of the greatest entertainers of all time, and fans can now discover a more personal side of the Man in Black at Johnny Cash’s Kitchen & Saloon.

The traditional Southern Meat and Three restaurant is a tribute to many of Johnny’s  favorite passions:  cooking, serving and eating delicious Southern food, providing warm and friendly hospitality with a big dose of great music thrown in for good measure. Enjoy comfort food classics like our delicious fried chicken, meat loaf, pork chops, catfish and much more served with dozens of side dishes and homemade desserts.

The Kitchen & Saloon recreates the warmth and authenticity of Johnny and June Cash's home and features many never-before-seen photos that share a glimpse into the day-to-day life of the superstar.

Rustic  decor created from rough-hewn timbers and stone, a floor to ceiling  fireplace, and intricate stained glass windows depicting significant glimpses into Johnny’s  life provide the welcoming atmosphere that was customary at Johnny & June’s own table.

The kitchen is powered by Swett’s Restaurant, a fixture in the Nashville community whose fans included Johnny and June. The legendary recipes we feature were created over a half-century ago and remain unchanged to this day.
